Traditional electric furnace equipment is large,covers a large area, has high energy consumption and
large gas consumption, so it is difficult for realize bright solution process. After years of hard work and
innovative development, the use of current advanced induction heating technology and DSP power supply.
Precision control of heating temperature to ensure that the temperature is controlled within t2C,to solve
the technical problem of inaccurate induction heating temperature control. The heated rolled steel pipe is
cooled by "heat conduction"in a special closed cooling tunnel, which greatly reduces the gas consumption
and is more environmentally friendly.
Main application areas:
1. High-precision instrument tubes/capillary tubes:
Used in pressure sensors, medical devices, chromatographs, etc. Requires extremely
high dimensional stability, inner wall smoothness, and corrosion resistance.
Materials are mostly 304 and 316L stainless steel.
2. Food/pharmaceutical grade sanitary tubes:
Used in fluid transport systems in the dairy, beer, and biopharmaceutical industries. Must ensure
absolute cleanliness, no scale formation, and easy cleaning and passivation. The main material is 316L.
3. Semiconductor and high-purity gas delivery tubes:
Used for transporting special gases in integrated circuit manufacturing. Requires ultra-high inner surface
finish (EP grade, BA grade), no particle precipitation, and non-magnetic properties.
The material is 316L VAR (vacuum remelted) or higher-grade stainless steel.
4. Precision tubes for aerospace applications:
Used in aircraft hydraulic systems, engine pipelines, etc. Materials include stainless steel, titanium alloys
(such as TC4), and high-temperature alloys. Requires high strength, lightweight design, and high reliability.
5. Tubes for nuclear power applications:
Used in nuclear power plant instrument tubes, heat exchanger tubes, etc. Requires extremely
high corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and purity.
6. High-grade decorative and architectural structural tubes:
