The rotary black annealing production line is used to heat stainless steel pipes to 1050-1080 ℃. Subsequently, place it in a specialized equipment that is cooled to room temperature through water spraying. After our equipment treatment, stainless steel welded pipes meet the technical requirements of ASTM A249-04 for industrial welded pipe heat treatment. Equipped with automatic feeding and discharging devices, the feeding and discharging pipes adopt a rotary feeding method, making the pipes more evenly heated and have better performance; After heat treatment, the pipe does not deform and saves straightening process.

I. Process Flow


1. Automatic Feeding

① Steel pipes are placed on the feeding rack in the feeding area. The feeding device transports 

the steel pipes onto the rotating rollers and then returns to the feeding area to await the next pipe.


2. Conveyor Rollers

② The steel pipes rotate at a constant speed according to the preset specifications on the production line 

and enter the induction coil. When the end of the steel pipe is detected by the feeding detection switch,

the feeding device in the feeding area is triggered. After the steel pipe is loaded, the feeding acceleration 

button is pressed to accelerate the pipe to catch up with the end of the previous pipe. Releasing 

the button restores the normal heat treatment speed. To accommodate steel pipes of different diameters,

 the acceleration speed can be adjusted by pressing the button.


3. Annealing

③ When the steel pipe enters the induction coil, the power is turned on and the power is adjusted to bring 

the steel pipe temperature to 1050~1080℃.


4. Spray Cooling

④ After annealing, the pipe enters the rapid cooling zone, where a 360-degree spray device is used to 

ensure more uniform cooling.


5. Output Rollers

⑤ When the steel pipe annealing is completed, and the pipe end is detected by the pipe separation 

detection switch, the "adjustable speed section for pipe output" is triggered to accelerate the separation of 

the steel pipe at the (6-meter/12-meter) position. (Rising edge trigger), the rapid separation speed is 

adjustable.


6. Automatic Unloading

⑥ When the steel pipe rotates rapidly to the (6-meter, 12-meter) detection point, the signal is triggered,

 and the unloading device transports the steel pipe from the rollers to the unloading rack and returns to 

its original position to await the next pipe.
