1.Check Oil Level: Regularly check the oil level indicator on the oil tank to ensure the oil level is not below the specified value.
2. Filter Maintenance: Replace the fine oil filter promptly when clogged with dirt. Clean the coarse oil filter every three months or when clogged.
3. Oil Addition Precautions: When adding oil to the tank, filter the oil to prevent water, rust, metal shavings, and fibers from mixing in.
4. Starting in Cold Areas: In winter or cold regions, start the oil pump intermittently several times to raise the oil temperature. Begin work once the hydraulic pump station operates smoothly.
5. Operating Procedures: Only authorized personnel should adjust the knobs on the hydraulic pump station.
6. Power Monitoring: Regularly observe the power supply voltage for abnormal fluctuations and inspect every three months.
