Laser Seam Tracking System

This​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ system is mainly designed to automatically correct and track stainless steel seam tubes during the TIG welding process, thus eliminating the problem of increased labor costs and poor-quality welding caused by visual fatigue. More specifically, it uses advanced intelligent vision technology combined with optical and electrical technology to achieve this integration. No similar product of this system has been found in the domestic market yet. By capturing the weld bead and dock bar image through the visual acquisition system, the system determines the dock bar offset by the application of vision technology, thus it real-time controls the position of the dock bar by motor device correction,which leads to tracking automatically and realizing unattended high-quality welding requirements ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌finally.
