Hangao has developed a three-cathode welding system with dual electromagnetic control to enhance production line efficiency and get good weld quality. The three welding torches are arranged one after another in a line. With the first torch, which is equipped with electromagnetic control, the oil and burrs on the edges of the plates are cleaned; the second torch preheats; and the third torch, with electromagnetic control, focuses the arc to weld deeply with a small current. This welding method greatly increases the welding speed and quality, and at the same time, the most common defects like undercut and hysteresis are drastically reduced.
