Introduction

This machine is an integral part of the tube mill production line, positioned between the shear welder and the primary unit (forming and sizing machine). Its primary function is to bridge the time gap between the depletion of the first roll of strip steel and the preparation of the next roll. Through processes like uncoiling, shearing, and butt welding, it stores a sufficient supply of steel strip. This ensures a continuous and uninterrupted production flow for the main unit (forming and sizing machine).
