1. When the laser deviation of the main optical path occurs, it can be adjusted according to this processing method. Adjust the full-reflective and semi-reflective diaphragms of the main optical path, check and round the light spot with photographic paper.
2. If the focusing lens is found to be damaged or polluted, we can do this: replace or clean the focusing lens and the protective lens.
3. Check the air nozzle under the focusing head. If the laser does not output from the center of the copper air nozzle under the focusing head, you can make the following adjustments: Adjust the 45-degree reflective diaphragm to make the laser output from the center of the air nozzle.
4. If the resonant cavity diaphragm of the laser is damaged or polluted, it is recommended to try this treatment method: replace or clean the resonant cavity reflective diaphragm.
5. Check the shutter, if the shutter is not fully open. You can try this method: check and add lubricating oil to the shutter connection to make the connection mechanically smooth.
6. Pay attention to the service life of the xenon lamp, and pay attention to the management and maintenance of equipment and related accessories. Be careful to check and clean old lamps. When the service life expires, a new xenon lamp should be replaced to improve efficiency and prevent accidents due to equipment aging.
7. Regularly check the cooling water. Contaminated or long-term cooling water treatment methods are as follows: replace the cooling water and clean the UV filter glass tube and xenon lamp.
8. Check the defocus amount of the focusing mirror. If the value is too large, you can adjust the defocus amount to a position close to the focus (but be careful not to generate splashes).
9. You can check whether the protective gas is opened too large, and you can properly adjust the air flow of the protective gas.
