SEKO Machinery is the predecessor of Hangao Tech, the team has more than 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing stainless steel pipe production equipment. In the past 6 years, our company has continuously achieved breakthrough achievements and industry honors in this professional field.
1. In 2015, the large-diameter black solid solution production line was successfully developed and put into production in Jiuli and Wujin.
2. In 2016 (36-108 meters), the offline bright solid solution equipment for finishing rolling pipes was successfully developed. It was put into use in Zhejiang Jiuli, and the air-cooled weld leveling equipment was successfully developed. Due to the low cost and energy saving characteristics of this equipment, it was launched into a hot market.
3. In 2017, the high-speed servo leveling machine was successfully developed, with the remarkable features of small footprint, low energy consumption and clean site.
4. In 2018, the wire bright solid solution production line was successfully developed and used in Australia. The fastest speed: 150m/min, breaking the industry record.
5. In 2019, the laser welding production line was successfully developed and applied in the United States.
6. In 2019, 7 new utility model patents and 1 invention patent were added.
7. In 2020, the equipment precision and technology will be greatly upgraded, and the unique technology will be adopted to achieve higher precision: shaft runout ≤ 0.01mm, servo motor drive, leveling equipment, and cutting machine.
8. In 2021, the industry's chief implementation of the Internet of Things system enterprise, the Internet of Things production line monitoring system through the networked cloud platform, also greatly reduces the service acquisition cost and technical threshold of enterprise users, and improves the efficiency, quality and competitiveness of enterprise products.
