3. Circulating cooling system
Cooling water is a soft water circulation system. It can be reused without wasting resources and replaced once in about a year. Therefore, the maintenance cost is low.

4. Gas control system
The system is used for continuous bright annealing equipment in stainless steel tubes under controlled atmosphere. Unique gas protection device consisting of argon and hydrogen gas supply inlets, each with a pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, as well as a flow regulator and flow meter.

5. Temperature control system
At the outlet of the induction heating channel, an infrared thermometer is installed to measure the temperature of the steel pipe. The thermometer is connected to the temperature display and the regulator, and the alarm temperature can be set as required. The regulator is used to adjust the power of the intermediate frequency power supply while ensuring a constant temperature of the steel pipe at different welding speeds. (Or you can provide the relevant signal, the corresponding button is installed in the console of the tube set, it is easy to control.)

Equipment size
According to the customer's required pipe speed and steel pipe specifications, the power of the equipment is adjusted. The higher the power and the larger the wall thickness, the longer the cooling tunnel of the equipment will be. The specific size requires detailed consultation.
