Bent Coiled Tubing Process Description:
The off-line bright solution annealing production line functions by feeding straight tubes through a
loading roller conveyor and an internal powered roller conveyor within the solution annealing furnace.
The tubes pass through the furnace at a constant speed, and an induction heating power supply
heats the tubes to 1050~1150℃ or a higher set temperature (maximum 1150℃) for bright stress relief or
solution annealing treatment. Subsequently, the tubes are rapidly cooled to 100℃ under a
hydrogen atmosphere. Simultaneously, the exhaust gas is combusted to prevent hydrogen diffusion into
the surrounding air, thus avoiding the accumulation of hydrogen to dangerous concentrations in
the surrounding space.
The gas control system and equipment protection are automatically controlled by a PLC, ensuring
high reliability and safety of the equipment. To meet the requirements of higher-demand tube
solution annealing processes, a digital air-cooled power supply is used, which has the significant
advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption.
