Hangao corrugated pipe annealing production line is an automated equipment specifically designed for heat treatment of metal corrugated pipes (a type of stretchable, flexible, thin-walled tubular component with wavy undulations). Its main purpose is to eliminate the internal stress generated during the forming process of the corrugated pipe through precisely controlled heating and cooling processes, thereby improving its mechanical properties and laying the foundation for subsequent processes (such as stabilization treatment, welding, electroplating, etc.) or final performance.
