The HZP-L column-type weld seam leveling equipment is equipped with a rotating structure. A trolley is able to be rotated manually to a certain angle with the weld seam to make sure that the rolling position is exactly on the weld seam of the welded pipe.
It can be observed that during the manufacturing of pipes, the position of the weld seam has a tendency to be slightly off from the ideal position—thus, it is hardly ever at the top. As a result, the weld seam might not be rolled properly. Our design is a direct solution to this issue; depending on the weld seam position, the trolley can rotate at a certain angle to make sure that the weld seam leveling is successful and thereby improve pipe yield. The distinct mandrel rotation feature not only extends mandrel life but also lessens the occurrence of scratches on the internal wall because the mandrel is usually adversely affected when the same spot is rolled over repeatedly.

• Function: stainless steel welded pipe welding leveling device and a built-in SKD11 mandrel and utilization of stainless steel welded pipe rolling device automatic reciprocating roller, through the control to achieve the strength and make stainless welded pipe and weld leveling, completely remove the internal and external welding and with more respect to seamless requirement.
Compared with the normal type, this model can adjust the entire rolling trolley according to the pipe welding seam position. It is more flexible.
• Working procedure :
