The Hangao Welded Joint Rolling Equipment is used for on-line treatment of welded joints of stainless steel pipe, rolling on the inner and outer welding joints repeatly to keep the joints smooth and make the welded pipe seamless. With PLC and auto control of ratio of hydraulic pressure, the performance is stable and the rate of production is high and it is easy to use. With error output setting , start input and coupling of pipe production line, it is indispensable for production of senior industrial welded pipes.

• Component : inside and outside weld seam leveling equipment, hydraulic air control system, automatic electric hydraulic air control system with PLC, hydraulic cycling equipment for mold and roll.
• Feature : The main characteristic of this system is through a pair of roll repeated breaking of convex weld up to 30 times per minute, to ensure weld and parent metal smooth transition.The use of advanced hydraulic control ratio curve, makes the equipment run smoothly and minimize the impact of the welded pipe production line pipe, to achieve the best effect.
• Working procedure : with more than the high and weld stainless welded pipe after level after rolling roll over, high removed, welded pipe section into a level in welding rods, elliptical stuck pipe welded pipe, followed by vertical roll rolling, welded pipe section into a mandrel, with full welded pipe separation in the frame of the cylinder back to when proper place, then the second rolling cycle.
