Forming & welding section
Function: In order to obtain stainless steel pipe products of different specifications, the metal strip is progressively deformed by alternately arranged horizontal roller stands and rollers in the vertical roll stand.

Online bright annealing heat treatment
After the stainless steel tube is first sized, it enters the online bright solid solution system, and the stainless steel tube in induction heating furnace is subjected to a certain tension (about 1%) through the speed control system. The heat treatment system is synchronized with the line speed, and the yield is high. The equipment is user-friendly, simple, has a high level of automation, and the heating power supply is very efficient. The power supply will not be damaged if the production line stops working.
The sealing system of the cooling channel is safe, stable, and reliable. The annealing outlet temperature is below 100 °C. The system is equipped with a closed-loop softened water cooling system.
