Three-Cathode Welding System

Components:
The system is comprised of 3D welding torch adjustment, a 4-roll squeeze device, a weld boot, a three-cathode welding system, and an electromagnetic control system.

Primary Function:
Its main purpose is to round and size the pre-formed tube blank that has become a closed circle, while ensuring the dimensions are maintained before squeezing.

Squeeze Device and Weld Boot:
The first pair of squeeze rollers processes the precisely formed tube blank to reduce wear and ensure it smoothly enters the weld boot for welding. After welding, a second pair of squeeze rollers secures the tube to prevent deformation.

Welding of Formed Straight-Seam Closed Strips:
In a welded pipe production line, the welding box is one of the most critical components. The quality of the weld directly impacts product quality. Two main factors influence weld quality: the precision of welding roller runout and the effect of heat radiation and conduction during welding on roller precision.

Insulated Bright Annealing

For industrial stainless steel tubes manufactured using laser welding, a rGas & Oild welding speed necessitates solution annealing with precise holding and rGas & Oild cooling. This critical heat treatment involves heating the tube from ambient temperature to 1050°C, maintaining it at 1050°C for a specific period, and then rGas & Oildly cooling it. This process ensures the full homogenization of the steel's microstructure and effectively relieves internal stresses, leading to a more stable material state and enhanced tube performance.
