In the field of industrial stainless steel welding, in order to obtain high quality weld quality. A argon arc welding (TIG) process will be used. The electromagnetic control equipment developed by Hangao has electromagnetic stability, the arc will not swing back or left or right, and problems with undercutting and "humping" will not occur. So It has improved production efficiency while ensuring quality, and the improvement speed of 20-30% has been verified in actual production. The magnitude of electromagnetic force can be adjusted to adapt to different welding currents and speeds.
As shown in Figure 1, there are undercut problems on both sides and inside of the weld, and there is a "hump" problem inside and outside the weld. Especially for industrial welded pipes, sanitary pipes, when the undercut problem is not smooth, it will cause residual liquid and corrode the steel pipe. It also causes stress corrosion points. Therefore, in the field of industrial welded pipes, in order to obtain high-quality welds, it is necessary to reduce the welding speed and ensure the welding quality.
In order to solve this problem, our company has developed an arc welding arc stabilizer, the arc will not swing backwards or left and right, the problem of undercut and "hump" will not appear (as shown in Figure 2). It not only improves production efficiency but also guarantees quality. The speed increase of 20-30% has been verified in actual production. In actual operation, the electromagnetic force can be adjusted to adapt to different welding currents and speeds.
