This production line uses W molding to weld the industrial welded pipes required by customers with carbon dioxide laser welding, and uses different roll molds to produce pipes of different specifications. The production line can produce: industrial pipes such as titanium alloy pipes, sanitary fluid pipes and heat exchanger tubes.

Process improvement and innovative design

1. The counter surface of the unit is changed to a segmented design. After the welding is completed, an annealing process is added to remove the stress of the welding to ensure that the processing is not deformed. After milling the plane, add a plane grinding to ensure that the precision of the machine is controlled at 0.01-0.02mm.

2. Under the premise that the horizontal frame processing accuracy is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed to eliminate the gap between the inner hole of the roll and the shaft by means of the inner hole and the shaft of the roll through the expansion sleeve. Thus, the accuracy of the upper and lower rolls can be 0.02-0.03 mm.

3. Under the premise of the vertical roller frame processing accuracy, we have innovated the design, like the horizontal rack type structure. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, and the U-shaped fixed shaft ensures that the shaft is not deformed vertically, and the inner hole and the shaft of the roller are fixed by the expansion sleeve. The problem of deformation of the "eight characters" of the vertical roller frame is solved.
