According to the rolling process, stainless steel pipe fittings are mainly hot rolled, hot pressed and cold drawn (rolled) stainless steel pipe. Defects such as cracks, folds, cracks, rolling, delamination and scarring are not allowed on the internal and external surfaces of precision stainless steel pipe fittings. This type of defect needs to be completely eliminated (unless specifically used for machining) and the wall thickness should not exceed the negative deviation of the outside diameter after removing the wall of the stainless steel pipe fitting. Some minor surface defect cannot be eliminated as long as it does not exceed the allowable negative deviation.
