It is mainly composed of the following main parts:

• Main machine: the drawing drum installed under the frame is driven by AC motor through pulley and reducer, and the motor speed is controlled by PLC to realize stepless speed regulation.

• Lubricating oil device: the main function is to lubricate and cool the pipe in the drawing process.

• Winding trolley: winding trolley is composed of rotating motor, reducer box, turntable, trolley platform, blanking rack, pushing gas, etc.

• Traction jaws: composed of traction movable arm, cylinder, tooth shaped skew block, etc. One end of the traction jaws is fixed on the drum, and the other end is controlled by the cylinder and the tooth shaped skew block grips the tube lead.

• Lifting mold box: the lifting cylinder controls the drawing position of the mold box.

• Pressing wheel: the system is composed of solenoid valve and pipeline, etc. The pressing roller rises and shrinks through the cylinder to press the pipe. Three groups of pressing wheels are used to make the pipe fall smoothly after drawing.
