1. Constant temperature: Only when the temperature of the insulation zone is constant can the stable performance of the solid solution be ensured. Because the temperature detection of the rapid heater is directly inserted into the furnace through a high-precision and high-temperature-resistant platinum-rhodium thermocouple, the actual temperature in the furnace is detected, and the temperature is controlled accurately through an intelligent thermostat through PID calculation. Closed-loop control is achieved, so the temperature can be controlled within ±2°C. (1. 3. Save energy consumption: Rated power: customized according to the actual needs of the customer. It takes about 15 minutes to heat the room temperature to 1050°C. The rapid heater holding furnace only needs a certain amount of current to maintain the temperature after reaching the holding temperature of 1050°C. It will not The actual output power increases with the increase of steel pipe size and production line speed.
