It has the following significant advantages:

1. Constant temperature: Only when the temperature of the insulation zone is constant can the stable performance of the solid solution be ensured. Because the temperature detection of the rapid heater is directly inserted into the furnace through a high-precision and high-temperature-resistant platinum-rhodium thermocouple, the actual temperature in the furnace is detected, and the temperature is controlled accurately through an intelligent thermostat through PID calculation. Closed-loop control is achieved, so the temperature can be controlled within ±2°C. (1. In the past, the temperature measurement of induction heating and holding furnaces was installed outside the holding furnace. The temperature measurement point was still a certain distance from the actual heating high-temperature zone, so the temperature would deviate. 2. The hydrogen flow rate and production speed will all affect Measurement accuracy. 3. There is a quartz tube between the infrared temperature measurement and the steel pipe. If the quartz tube becomes dirty after being used for a long time, it will also affect the temperature detection).

  2. Easy installation: There is no need to replace the quartz tube, which facilitates maintenance and saves installation time. (Previous induction holding furnaces required the replacement of coils and quartz tubes to manufacture steel pipes of different specifications).

3. Save energy consumption: Rated power: customized according to the actual needs of the customer. It takes about 15 minutes to heat the room temperature to 1050°C. The rapid heater holding furnace only needs a certain amount of current to maintain the temperature after reaching the holding temperature of 1050°C. It will not The actual output power increases with the increase of steel pipe size and production line speed. (Previous induction holding furnaces manufactured steel pipes of different specifications and changed the production line speed, which required adjusting the output power of the induction power supply to ensure that the temperature of the holding zone could be at 1050°C, which increased energy consumption).

4. More user-friendly: After the rapid heater holding furnace only needs to set the holding temperature once, it will not need to be manually adjusted due to changes in the size of the steel pipe specifications and the speed of the production line. (Previous induction holding furnaces had to manually adjust the output power of the induction according to changes in steel pipe specifications and production line speed).
